		<description>Body Pump is great - I go every Saturday morning and it sets me up for the weekend. First time I went I did it with no weights (just the bar) to try out the techniques - was I ever glad I did... I was soooo stiff afterwards! If you only do one weights session a week for toning, this is the way to go. Add one or two aerobic sessions per week for overall fitness and stamina. Try Body Pump for a week or two and I guarantee you&#039;ll be hooked (as long as you don&#039;t overdo it to start with!)</description>
