Three Quick Restaurant Tips for Lower Caloric Intake

Here are three tips I just heard off the latest episode of The Biggest Loser that you can use at the restaurant to reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories:

  • Skip the breadbasket!
  • Ask for your dressing on the side.
  • Ask that they cook your food without oil or butter.
