		<description>I&#039;ve been wondering about doing that too.  But seeing as vitamins are designed to be taken in one go, it is possible that
taking half a vitamin twice a day could mean that you end up absorbing more than the recommended dose(s).

So probably not a good idea after all...  (just to be safe)
