if you only work out to offset your cake intake and you don&#039;t regularly eat a nutritious and balanced diet, of COURSE it won&#039;t help you lose weight.  exercise should just be something you do as a habit for your own good, and find a way to do it so you enjoy it, not some chore you have to force yourself into and then reward yourself for making it through such an awful, awful task...
don&#039;t stop for french fries on your way home from the gym, it&#039;s like tossing everything you&#039;ve worked for out the window...</description>
