		<description>I do 200 push ups a day but not in one set! Push ups give results quick (2-4 weeks), start with small pyramides (2-4-6-8-6-4-2) en in 2 months your pyramide will pike at 20, added up thats 200 push ups,..takes about 45 minutes with breaks.</description>
