		<description>I did the initial test today and got 25 good ones.Just turned 50 and am up for the 100.Will do some of week 2 this weekend and start Monday at week 3.Hope I can make i in 6.Not sure how it work when they tell you to start at week 3 and go for 6 weeks?</description>

		<description>I do 200 push ups a day but not in one set! Push ups give results quick (2-4 weeks), start with small pyramides (2-4-6-8-6-4-2) en in 2 months your pyramide will pike at 20, added up thats 200 push ups,..takes about 45 minutes with breaks.</description>
