HR 3590 Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act Passes
HR 3590, the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act, passed the House of Representatives on Sunday after passing the Senate last December. HR 3590 becomes law today when President Obama signs it and it contains a lot of health insurance changes you need to be aware of. Next up is a “fix it” bill, which was also passed by the House and awaits Senate approval.
