		<description>All of those &quot;fun casual&quot; restaurants are just insanely unhealthy, especially when it comes to sodium content. I was looking up nutrition info for Chili&#039;s awhile back for a blog post, and it was just off the wall. A couple items actually had over 5,000 mg of sodium, which according to my math is about half a dumptruck full of salt (it&#039;s an approximate sort of math). If you&#039;ve got even a little bit of trouble with high blood pressure, regular use of Chili&#039;s amounts to a death wish.</description>
