My wife and I take several walks per week during the spring, summer and fall months. In the winter, it's usually snowy and cold and we don't get out as often. A typical walk for us is about 3 miles (we drive about 5 miles down the road to a nature reserve and walk there). WE sometimes walk in our neighborhood, but that is only about 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile. Not very much really.
