My personal philosophy about living a healthy life is less about numbers and more about achieving the goals I’ve set out for myself. I’m fairly active and moderately fit, but more importantly I’m able to do the things I enjoy in life without my body letting me down. That’s what this blog is about. Helping you and helping me maintain the active lifestyles we’ve grown accustomed to and making sure our bodies are healthy enough to take us there.

This isn’t a blog about how to lose tons of weight or get cut, it’s about how to live a well rounded life from your belly to your brain. It’s about eating smart, staying active, and ensuring, as best as one can, a long, healthy, and enjoyable life.
